Music Exec/Rapper Tony Austin Sues Diddy Over 2010 Shooting At Justin's

(AllHipHop News) A music executive who was shot in the parking lot of a restaurant owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs in 2010, has filed a lawsuit against the mogul over the incident.

Tony Austin claims that in November of 2010, he was an invited guest to an event at Justin's Restaurant and Bar, which is located in the Buckhead section of Atlanta.

According to police, Austin was sitting in the car with another man named Lawrence Jackson listening to music, when a gun man opened fire on their vehicle.

Both men were rushed to Piedmont Hospital, where they were treated for multiple gunshot.

The Associated Press report that yesterday (July 15th), Tony Austin filed a lawsuit against Diddy and Justin's in the US District Court of Northern Georgia.

The lawsuit claims that Diddy has failed to maintain a safe environment around Justin's, resulting in the shooting.

Tony Austin is a Baltimore-based music executive, who worked with DEF jam before becoming co-president of the Russell Simmons music.

Tony Austin also released his own Gangsta Grillz mixtape with DJ Drama in May of 2010, shortly before he was shot.
